Senior product designer with a background in branding, art direction and digital design.

Today, I work on complex B2B software where users in different roles make decisions within real constraints, often when the stakes are high. I work closely with product and engineering from early exploration through implementation.

My work starts with the people using the product: understanding their situation, identifying what matters and making the next step easier to take.

Currently open to remote product design opportunities.

Working on complex B2B Enterprise SaaS products

In later agency roles I took on more central positions within organisations. Leading creative teams, working directly with clients, shaping briefs and guiding design work from early concepts through to delivery. A key part of this was aligning client goals, user needs and technical constraints into a clear direction for the team.

I currently lead design at Pace, a highly technical Physical Identity and Access Management platform used by enterprise organisations with 50,000+ identities. My focus is turning complex permission models and multi-role workflows into clear, confident product experiences. At Pace, I work closely with product and engineering from early exploration through to implementation.

Part of that work is elevating design's role itself: from a final execution step to a strategic voice in what gets built, at Pace and increasingly across Nedap.

Building a strong design foundation

I started my career at design agencies working on visual identities, branding and typography. That period shaped how I approach design today: with a strong focus on detail, consistency and building systems that hold up over time.

From there I moved into digital design, shifting from visual design to interfaces and interaction. Working closely with developers became a natural part of the process, pushing me to think about structure, usability and realisation from the start. That's where my interest in UX and product design took shape.
